About Perfex Shop

Perfex Shop turns Perfex CRM into a full eCommerce store with point-of-sale, inventory tracking, multi-currency selling, and a marketing toolkit. Sell physical products, digital downloads, or services directly from the Customers Area, take orders over the counter from the admin backend, and let invoices, stock levels, and analytics update themselves - all without leaving the CRM you already run. No coding is involved: the module installs and activates in a few seconds and runs on the latest version of Perfex CRM.

A storefront inside your Customers Area

Customers and guests browse a clean, responsive product grid, add items to a cart, and check out - at which point Perfex generates the invoice automatically. Visitors who are not logged in can start an order, get redirected to register or sign in, and land right back at their cart afterwards, so you never lose the sale. You can also hide products or prices from non-logged visitors, or run the whole catalogue in B2B / wholesale mode for members-only and trade pricing.

A product type dropdown lets you sell physical goods, digital downloads, or services from the same catalogue. Digital products can be sold with unlimited quantity, recurring invoices are supported for subscription-style billing, and tax can be applied at the price level so the right VAT shows in the storefront.

Multi-currency support lets you sell in more than one currency: enable the ones you want in settings and they apply on the storefront, with each product priced in the shopper’s currency. A currency can also be marked tax-free, which skips both product and shipping tax for it.

Selling does not have to start in the Customers Area, either. Every product can hand you a stand-alone buy link to drop onto your own sales page, a campaign landing page or an email.

Point of sale, straight from the backend

The built-in POS lets staff create an order straight from the Perfex admin, without going through the storefront. Orders raised this way run through the same catalogue and invoicing as the online shop, so in-person and online sales stay in one place.

Product variations and SEO-ready product pages

Sell products with unlimited variations - size, colour, model - each carrying its own price, stock count, and attributes. Every product gets its own individual page with a search-friendly slug, meta title, meta description, canonical URL, and structured data, so your catalogue is properly indexable instead of hiding behind a generic listing. Categories support their own hierarchy and SEO metadata too.

A complete marketing and conversion toolkit

Perfex Shop ships with the kind of growth features you would otherwise bolt on from separate apps:

• Coupons - percentage or fixed discounts with usage limits, expiry dates, and product, category, or cart rules.
• Wishlists - shoppers save items for later and can send everything to the cart at once.
• Remarketing and tracking - native Facebook (Meta) Pixel and Google Ads integration with conversion tracking, plus custom script injection (TikTok, Pinterest, and more), firing PageView, ViewContent, AddToCart, InitiateCheckout, and Purchase events in your store currency with a GA4-compatible structure.
• Abandoned cart recovery - track carts left behind and win them back with reminder emails sent through a real Perfex email template, complete with merge fields and a configurable delay before sending.
• Exit popups - image, text, and CTA popups (with an optional coupon) triggered by exit intent, time delay, or scroll depth, with an admin preview and a test mode for safe tuning.
• Social proof - “X customers bought this” and configurable “X just purchased this” messages on product pages.
• Urgency and low-stock badges - product cards flag items that are running out.
• Reviews and ratings - let customers rate and review the products they buy.
• Referral program - reward customers with commission for bringing in new buyers.
• Back-in-stock and price-drop alerts - email notifications when an item returns or its price falls.
• Gift cards and post-purchase upsells - sell gift cards with design templates and surface “customers who bought X also bought Y” recommendations after checkout.
• WhatsApp and SMS notifications - order and marketing messages via webhook gateways, with a merge-field template editor and triggers for events such as order placed, order paid, and abandoned cart.
• Heatmaps and session recording - drop in Hotjar, Crazy Egg, Microsoft Clarity, or similar scripts.

Customers can also opt in to newsletter and marketing consent at checkout, and a full set of email templates - order notifications, abandoned-cart reminders, review requests, back-in-stock and price-drop alerts, gift cards, referral invites, and more - keeps both staff and customers informed.

Inventory and reporting that runs itself

Stock quantities drop automatically as orders come in, and a dedicated Quantity Report plugs into the Perfex reporting menu to notify administrators whenever an item falls below your chosen low-quantity threshold. Stock is tracked where it makes sense: services and digital products need no quantity at all and never run themselves down to zero, however many times they sell. A full Order History view, with activity logging on every purchase, records each sale, and products and services are organised into categories you create. The advanced analytics dashboard tracks conversion rate, revenue per product, checkout funnel and drop-off, and abandoned-cart trends, with breakdowns by week, month, year, or a custom date range.

Everything controlled from one settings page

Every feature - remarketing, exit popups, abandoned-cart emails, wishlists, WhatsApp/SMS, heatmap scripts, B2B mode, shipping, and tax - is toggled from a single, uncluttered settings page. Flat-rate shipping, tax rules, low-stock thresholds, and cron URLs all live in one organised view, so there is no hunting through menus. Direct add-to-cart links let you drive traffic from ads and emails straight into the cart - hitting a product’s add-to-cart URL drops it in, increases the quantity on repeat visits, and returns new signups to checkout automatically after they register or log in.

Module options also appear in the Perfex permissions section, so administrators can control exactly which staff can access the store and its settings.

Setup and appearance

Installation and activation take only a few seconds and require no coding - just follow the online documentation. The frontend uses a Bootstrap-based, image-forward layout that emphasises product imagery and looks sharp on every device, and the module stays compatible with the latest version of Perfex CRM.
