The Best eCommerce & Selling Modules for Perfex CRM

Updated July 18, 2026

The standard SMB setup is a store in one system and customers in another, welded together with exports - and the weld always leaks: stock disagrees, orders miss the CRM, and nobody trusts either database. If Perfex CRM is your operational home, the alternative is to sell from inside it - or to bridge the store you already run into it properly.

The three modules below cover both strategies: a full commerce layer native to Perfex, a bridge for WordPress sites, and a connector for hosting businesses on WHMCS. All are one-time licenses sold direct with lifetime updates.

  1. 1 Perfex Shop - Perfex CRM module

    CodeIgniter Perfex CRM module ★ 4.86 (14)

The native strategy: a complete commerce layer inside Perfex - product and service catalogue, POS for in-person sales, inventory management, and orders that flow into Perfex's own invoicing and customer records. With 619 sales and a 14-review history it is the established way to run selling and CRM on one database: stock levels, order history and the customer's tickets and projects all in the same place. It is a substantial module - plan a proper afternoon for catalogue, tax and warehouse setup - and at $59 it replaces both a store platform and the integration you would have written to sync it.

Best for: Businesses selling products or services who want catalogue, POS, stock and orders inside the CRM itself.

  2. 2 WordFex - WordPress plugin

    WordFex

    $39Standard
    WordPress WordPress plugin ★ 4.83 (6)

The bridge strategy for the most common stack of all: your marketing site runs WordPress, your operations run Perfex. WordFex syncs the two - 240+ installs use it to connect WordPress with Perfex so site-side activity lands in the CRM instead of a plugin's silo. It is deliberately the integration, not a store: if WooCommerce or your WP forms already do the selling, WordFex is what stops the resulting customers and enquiries living only on the website side. $39 one-time, and one of the few modules in this space maintained by the same team on both ends of the sync.

Best for: Businesses with a WordPress front-of-house and Perfex back-office that want the two finally talking.

  3. 3 WHMCS Connector & Smart Data Synchronization for Perfex CRM - screenshot

The vertical pick: hosting companies and resellers run billing in WHMCS but often manage projects, support and the wider business in Perfex - two systems that famously do not talk. This connector synchronizes data between them so clients and their commercial reality exist in both without re-keying. It is a newer, more specialised module (22 installs, growing) with a specific audience; if you are in that audience, there is no realistic alternative to hand-rolled scripts. $39.

Best for: Hosting providers and WHMCS shops that also run Perfex and are done maintaining the gap by hand.

The verdict

Choose the strategy before the module. All-in on Perfex: the Shop module gives you catalogue, POS, stock and orders on the CRM's own database - $59 and the weld between store and CRM disappears because there is no weld. Established WordPress store: WordFex bridges it into Perfex for $39 and lets each system do its job. Hosting business: the WHMCS connector is the purpose-built answer at $39. In all three cases the point is the same - every sale, wherever it happens, ends up attached to the customer record your team actually works from.

FAQ

Questions, answered

Can Perfex CRM work as a full online store?

With the Perfex Shop module, functionally yes for catalogue-driven selling: products, services, POS, inventory and orders that invoice through Perfex. What it deliberately is not is a WooCommerce-style storefront theme ecosystem - the strength is operational (one database for sales, stock and customers), so it fits businesses where the CRM is the hub and the store serves it, rather than content-heavy retail sites.

I already sell on WordPress/WooCommerce - do I need the Shop module?

Probably not - you need the bridge, not a second store. WordFex connects your WordPress site to Perfex so customers and activity sync into the CRM while WooCommerce keeps doing the storefront work it is good at. The Shop module is for the opposite situation: no store yet (or a store you want to retire), and a preference for running commerce inside Perfex directly.

Does the POS in Perfex Shop work for a physical counter?

Yes - that is its role: in-person sales recorded against the same catalogue and stock as everything else, with the sale landing in Perfex invoicing under the customer's record. For a service business with a counter (repair shops, clinics, studios), that combination - POS plus CRM history in one screen set - is exactly the gap generic retail POS systems leave open.
