Diagramy is a complete diagram editor for Perfex CRM. Powered by the diagrams.net library, it lets you and your staff members create, edit, and share BPMN (Business Process Model and Notation), custom flowcharts, process diagrams, org charts, UML, ER, and network diagrams - all from inside the CRM you already use. It has everything you expect from a professional diagramming tool, and your whole team can collaborate in real time with shared cursors.

Because the editor lives inside Perfex, diagrams can be assigned to Projects and Tasks and browsed by Customers and their Contacts in the frontend Customers Area - so the visuals that explain a piece of work stay attached to that work.

You can also import 100% custom transparent icons and images, currently from a remote URL source, so bespoke symbols and brand assets fit right into your diagrams.

Diagrams are grouped so related work stays together, and a dedicated listing keeps a growing library manageable. Diagramy supports dynamic filtering, grouping, sorting, and live searching across your available diagrams, which makes it a genuine contribution tool for the whole staff team - finding the right diagram stays effortless no matter how many your team produces.

Real-time collaboration and client visibility

Work on the same canvas together with shared cursors, so multiple staff members can refine a diagram live. Each diagram can be assigned to Projects and Tasks and has its own URL endpoint for viewing, which means it also appears in the Customers Area - letting customers and their contacts view the diagrams tied to their projects and tasks, right alongside everything else in the portal.
